Astroprint ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Astroprint mobile application and web platform at astro.qucogroup.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Chat Messages: We store the messages you send during chat sessions. These conversations are used to generate your personality analysis.

Personality Analysis Data: Based on your conversations, our system generates personality scores, traits, and reports using the HOS-66 framework. This data is stored in association with your account.

Payment Information: If you make a purchase, payment is processed by Razorpay. We store transaction references (order ID, payment ID) but do not store your card details or bank information.

Device & Usage Data: We may collect basic usage data such as session timestamps and message counts to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Astroprint service
To generate personality assessments and reports based on your conversations
To authenticate your account and manage sessions
To process payments and manage your subscription or credits
To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
To improve our service and fix issues

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google OAuth: For sign-in authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Gemini / OpenAI: Your chat messages are sent to AI language model APIs to generate responses and personality analysis. These providers process data per their respective privacy policies.
Razorpay: For payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Brevo (Sendinblue): For transactional emails (verification, password reset).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (messages, personality analysis, payment records) is permanently removed.

6. Your Rights

Access: You can view your personality data and download your report within the app.
Deletion: You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This permanently deletes all your data.
Correction: You can update your display name and password from Settings.

7. Cookies

We use browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Children's Privacy

Astroprint is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
